  • We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.
  • If you email us, we use your message only to reply to you.

What we process and why

Visiting the website

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us aggregated numbers (for example page views and referring sites) without cookies and without building a profile of you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (KVKK article 5(2)(f); GDPR article 6(1)(f)).

Emailing us

When you write to [email protected], we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. Email is handled by Google Workspace. We use this only to read and answer your message, for example a press, creator or business inquiry. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to you, or steps you request before an agreement (KVKK article 5(2)(c) and (f); GDPR article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Links to other sites

Buttons such as Wishlist on Steam and our social links take you to Steam, Instagram, TikTok, X and YouTube. Those services have their own privacy policies. Our Steam links include campaign tags (utm parameters) so Steam can tell us how many visits came from this site, in aggregate.

Transfers abroad

Cloudflare and Google may process data on servers outside Türkiye. Where KVKK article 9 applies, we rely on the safeguards it provides, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, then deleted. Cloudflare keeps its technical logs according to its own retention rules.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its use, and use the other rights you have under KVKK article 11 and, if you are in the EU, the GDPR. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or to the data protection authority in your EU country.

Changes

If we add something new, such as a newsletter, we will update this page first.
